First Communion

Catechesis to prepare for First Communion is offered annually for baptized members of Immanuel who:

• Are at least seven years old;

• Attend Divine Service regularly;

• Participate in the ongoing catechetical life of Immanuel by regularly attending Sunday School and/or our parochial school;

• Have the Ten Commandments, Apostles’ Creed, and Lord’s Prayer memorized; and

• Have the permission of the parents
